Financial Projections of Newco   Set forth below are four financial projections of the portfolio illustrating the relative size of the portfolio based upon the following distributions to holders of membership units of Newco: (1) No distributions; (2) Monthly distributions of $75,000 beginning in July, 2012, $80,000 beginning in January, 2013, and $85,000 beginning in July, 2013; (3) Quarterly distributions of $100,000 beginning in January, 2009; and (4) Annual distributions of $500,000 beginning December, 2010.  Year-end summaries of the projected Balance Sheet and Income Statement for each of these projections is attached to the Disclosure Statement as Exhibit "B".  You may access the following links to view the entire financial projections for the aforementioned scenarios.   No Distributions Monthly Distributions of $75,000 Beginning in July, 2012, $80,000 Beginning in January, 2013, and $85,000 Beginning in July, 2013.
